Education:  Caroline has her Bachelor's degree from Cabrini College.  She has worked in early childhood education for 16years with Pre K 4s.

Experience:    Before coming to ICC, Caroline worked at Creative Beginnings Childcare Center

Family/Interests:  Caroline and her husband Shamus have 4 boys, Shamus Jr., Gavin, Caiden, and James.
